Evidence and accountability

How we separate observed facts, third-party claims, estimates, editorial judgement, commercial relationships, and unknown data.

Method documentation updated:

What KaboSheet is and is not

Kakobuy Spreadsheet is an independent product-discovery and purchase-research site. It organizes information about products and third-party shopping agents, but it is not the seller, manufacturer, shopping agent, payment processor, carrier, customs authority, or authentication service.

Product price is not presented as the complete delivered price. External providers control their own listings, fees, policies, availability, delivery decisions, and account terms.

How evidence is labelled

Observed
A field or page state seen at the cited source on the stated check date.
Third-party reported
A claim made by a seller, agent, carrier, or other external source. It is attributed rather than adopted as our own fact.
Estimated
A calculated range based on visible inputs, documented assumptions, and a named rule or rate version.
Editorial judgement
A reasoned selection or comparison that states its criteria and material limitations.
Unknown
Evidence is missing, stale, conflicting, or unavailable. Unknown values are not converted to zero or a positive claim.

Published methods

Editorial review and updates

Published guides should identify an author, publication date, material update date, reviewer when one has actually reviewed the work, and accessible sources for factual claims. Historical content without those records is not assigned a fictional reviewer; it remains in a review queue.

Curated Boards require an original selection explanation, item-level reasons, a named author and reviewer, current link evidence, and an affiliate disclosure before they can become indexable. Read the editorial policy for the content workflow.

Commercial relationships

Some outbound links may generate commission or account credit. Compensation does not establish product quality, authenticity, agent suitability, delivery performance, or safety. Where an affiliate relationship exists, the page should disclose it close to the relevant action.

Natural comparison order is based on the selected user scenario and available comparable evidence, not commission value. Paid placement must be labelled and kept separate from editorial results. See the affiliate disclosure.

Corrections, removal and contact

Users and rights holders can report an unavailable link, incorrect field, unclear disclosure, or removal concern through the contact page. Reports should include the public page URL and the field at issue; do not send account passwords, payment details, identity documents, or private order records.

A correction should preserve an audit trail, update the visible date when the substance changes, and remove the URL from discovery systems when the page no longer meets its quality or indexability gate.
