How a checklist is assembled
- A template must be published with a version, author, reviewer, source list, and review date.
- Required checks are always included; selected concerns add relevant optional checks.
- Photos already available remain inspection evidence, while missing photo angles are clearly marked as requests.
- Each item states what to inspect, the useful photo angle, a common issue, and a suggested next action.
- Personal items remain in the browser until the user deliberately copies, prints, or shares the checklist.
QC checklist questions
Does a completed QC checklist prove product quality?
No. A checklist organizes the photos and details you want reviewed. Photos can be incomplete, lighting can change appearance, and a third party still controls inspection and handling.
Are personal checklist items saved?
Personal text stays in the current browser tab. It leaves the page only when you deliberately copy, print, or use the system share action.
Why is no template available for a product type?
KaboSheet publishes a template only after its fields, sources, author, reviewer, version, and review date are complete. Missing templates are not replaced with inferred checks.
