Help Center & How to Buy

Start with the quick path below, then dig into longer site guides: shopping help, haul tips, product research, styling, brand features, and seasonal checklists. Agent-specific guides are shown on each agent's detail page, not mixed here.

Quick start: from idea to delivered parcel

A shopping agent normally purchases from a seller on your behalf, receives the item at a warehouse, and offers a separate international shipping step. Treat product purchase and international shipping as two decisions with different costs, evidence, and deadlines.

1. Define the exact item

Write down the product, size, color, quantity, acceptable alternatives, and maximum item budget before browsing.

Checkpoint: You can describe the item without relying on one image.

2. Research the listing

Compare product images, option labels, measurements, seller information, recent activity, and anything omitted from the description.

Checkpoint: The selected variant and seller are unambiguous.

3. Estimate the full cost

Add the item, domestic delivery, service and payment fees, exchange-rate spread, optional services, international shipping, and a tax reserve.

Checkpoint: The purchase still makes sense at a conservative total.

4. Compare shopping agents

Review supported payment methods, fee rules, warehouse services, inspection options, return handling, shipping lines, restrictions, and support channels.

Checkpoint: You understand which company will accept your payment.

5. Submit and verify the order

Open the selected agent link, re-check the destination domain and options, add clear remarks, then save the listing and confirmation before paying.

Checkpoint: The order summary matches your intended variant and quantity.

6. Review warehouse evidence

When available, compare quality-control photos with the listing, measurements, visible condition, quantity, and your order remarks before approving shipment.

Checkpoint: You have accepted or resolved visible discrepancies.

7. Build and track the parcel

Choose packaging and a shipping line based on restrictions, chargeable weight, tracking, insurance, customs exposure, and total cost.

Checkpoint: The address, declaration, parcel details, and tracking record are saved.

Budget before commitment

Estimate landed cost, not just item price

The final total is rarely known from the product listing alone. Build a range and include uncertainty, especially before buying a bulky, restricted, fragile, or low-value item.

Item price+Domestic shipping+Agent and payment fees+Optional services+International shipping+Tax and duty reserve

A low item price can become poor value after minimum fees or volumetric shipping. Compare the conservative total with local alternatives and your tolerance for delays or disputes.

Tips before you pay

Most preventable problems begin with an unclear option, an incomplete cost estimate, or missing evidence. Complete these checks while cancellation may still be possible.

Verify the listing

  • Match the option text to the image and measurement chart.
  • Check whether the price is a deposit, one unit, a set, or an option-specific price.
  • Treat seller claims and translated descriptions as information to verify, not guarantees.

Verify the platform

  • Confirm the destination domain and the company receiving payment.
  • Read current fees, cancellation rules, warehouse limits, return deadlines, and prohibited-item policies.
  • Use an account and payment method you control; never share verification codes.

Verify the economics

  • Calculate a conservative landed-cost range instead of comparing item price alone.
  • Allow for currency spread, volumetric weight, repacking, insurance, duties, and taxes.
  • Decide the maximum total you will accept before a sunk cost changes the decision.

Preserve evidence

  • Save the original URL, screenshots, selected options, seller name, and order remarks.
  • Record fee quotes and policy pages that influenced the purchase.
  • Keep payment, warehouse, parcel, and support records until the transaction is fully resolved.

Pause when a key fact cannot be verified

Unexpected domain changes, pressure to pay outside the documented checkout, unclear option pricing, requests for account codes, unsupported authenticity claims, or refusal to explain fees are reasons to stop and investigate.

What to do after payment

01

Seller purchase

Watch for out-of-stock notices, price adjustments, or option questions. Respond before the platform's deadline.

02

Warehouse arrival

Check item count, visible condition, size labels, measurements, and requested inspection photos before the return window closes.

03

Parcel submission

Review restrictions, packaging, chargeable weight, address, insurance, declared contents, and the shipping line's claim rules.

04

Delivery and support

Save tracking and photograph the parcel before opening if it arrives damaged. Report issues to the payment recipient with a clear timeline and evidence.

For detailed escalation and evidence guidance, read Shipping, Returns, and Order Support.

A practical agent comparison framework

There is no universally best agent. Compare the parts that affect your intended order and destination, using current provider documentation rather than an old fee screenshot or a single successful haul.

Common mistakes and the better alternative

Choosing by item price alone

Better: compare a conservative landed-cost range, including volumetric shipping and likely fees.

Assuming an image selects the option

Better: match option text, measurements, SKU details, and order remarks before payment.

Approving QC too quickly

Better: compare every requested detail while seller return or exchange may still be possible.

Selecting the fastest-looking line

Better: check restrictions, claim rules, tracking coverage, packaging, and chargeable weight first.

Discarding transaction evidence

Better: keep listing, payment, QC, parcel, tracking, and support records through final resolution.

Treating community experience as a guarantee

Better: use recent experiences as context, then verify current official terms for your route and item.
